These valves known as check or non-return “FITTINOX” are used to prevent backflows in hydraulic or pneumatic circuits. The principle of operation consists in allowing the fluid to pass in one direction with the application of a minimum pressure, obstructing the reverse in any situation.
They are designed in such a way that by the action of an antagonistic spring that acts on a ball, the circulation is blocked in one direction, it is indicated on the valve body. The valves are manufactured from AISI 316 quality hexagonal rolled bar, the balls and springs are also in stainless steel.
All our products have the corresponding traceability identified on one of the faces. Check valves can be ordered in multiple configurations, such as female / female, male / male, male / female, tube / tube, or female-male / tube.
Our valves are presented in series 3000, 6000 and 10,000 lbs, they are fully tested before being delivered.
Due to their configuration, the FITTINOX check valves do not cause a siphon effect.
All our check valves come with the replacement kit, so it is not necessary to dispose of it, but only the internals are changed.
